Wayne is a partner in Dayton & Sydney Wealth Strategies Group, LLC.  He has been assisting clients with AXA Advisors since 1997.  Wayne holds the following FINRA Securities Registrations: Series 7, 66 and 24, as well as his NY State Life/Health Insurance License.  Wayne is also currently in the process of obtaining his NY General Insurance license, which will allow him to asist his clients in regards to their property and casualty  insurance needs.

Wayne's practice focuses on assisting high net-worth individuals and small business owners with advising and implementing sound financial strategies.  Wayne specializes in the employee benefits field; especially when discussing issues such as group health insurance, company retirement planning, group disability and business succession.  Wayne has a strong focus on the construction industry and knows the concerns and issues that face construction business owners and employees.

He is a 1992 graduate of Dowling College with a degree in Political Science.  Wayne was appointed to the Paramount Planning Group, a division of AXA Advisors, LLC, a select group of financial professionals who are distinguished for having achieved a high standard of experience and service.

Wayne has lived his whole life on Long Island and is an active member in the Long Island community.  As well as his participation in several Long Island organizations, he is a member of the Cyprus-US Chamber of Commerce.
